World Cultural Event "Lykavitos 2004", taking place parallel to the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
    
With a mobile aluminium construction a city is built, in which everybody may demonstrate, to the Olympic games participating countries, a part from its cultural side. It is designed as the meeting point of international and local audience.

The design adapts to the topographical conditions of the area which is a towering hill emerging from the centre of Athens. The Aluminium city was also divided into sections consisting of groups of countries. The city is fully equipped with all supplies such as water, electricity, sanitation, aid centres and coffee shops. All structures were to be accomplished with a modular system, called "PAN" which Compiles from 40 individual parts.

The event was linked directly, via a cable car to the student area of Athens.

It was planned to follow the future venues of the Olympic Games, as the flexible constructive system may be adaptable to the existing topography on any occasion.
